We are conducting a live estate sale with the following Covid-19 Regulations/rules to follow:
Customers enter the premises by their own volition. TLC Estate Transition Services and the homeowner are in no way liable or to be held liable.
1. Everyone must wear face coverings NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. Social Distancing-Only 6-8 people at a time inside the sale at any given time. We ask you to maintain a 6' safe distance from other shoppers. SOCIAL DISTANCING
3. Everyone must sanitize hands before entering sale.
4. No one with a cold or Flu symptoms will be allowed. Please stay home if you are not feeling well. RESPECT FOR OTHERS
5. We will set out a sign up sheet and assign a time for entry into the property. We ask you to wait in your car until your appointment time is available.
6. Please limit touching anything that you are not seriously interested in purchasing.
